Refund policy

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@rashonaofficial.com
Shipping
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Nonreturnable Items Policy
At RASHONA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, certain items are not eligible for return. These include:
- Items that have been damaged by the customer.
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
